I've included on this page the payout chart for full pay Pickem Poker.
| Hand | 1 coin | 5 coins |
| Royal flush | 1000 | 6000 |
| Straight flush | 200 | 1199 |
| Four of a kind | 100 | 600 |
| Full house | 18 | 90 |
| Flush | 15 | 75 |
| Straight | 11 | 55 |
| Three of a kind | 5 | 25 |
| Two pair | 3 | 15 |
| Pair of nines or better | 2 | 10 |
You'll notice that the payout structure for Pick'em Poker is significantly different than it is for Deuces Wild or Jacks or Better. The gameplay is actually significantly different too, which is one of the main reasons for the difference. Also notice that there is a disproportionate payout when you make the max coin bet for any four of a kind or better. Always play max coins when playing Pick'em Poker in order to maximize your return.
The payout chart listed above offers a 99.95% return when played with perfect strategy. With almost any slot machine club payback this equates to a positive expectation game for the player.
