Video Poker by State

Not every state offers legal casino gambling, and even some states who do offer casino gambling may not offer video poker, at least not what we would think of as video poker. Most Oklahoma casinos, for example, only offer Class II gaming, which eliminates real video poker games from the mix. (Class II gaming requires that all results be determined by a bingo mechanic rather than a random number generator, even one that simulates a deck of cards.)
